Community & Live Events |
My Mighty Network where our live event & community will take place.
The idea behind this format is to allow speakers multiple touch points with attendees. The more the attendees know, like, and trust you, and realize how they need your offer, the easier it will be support them with their challenges through conversion with your offer.
You can create the structure of your event and get my help in any way...I'll be there live with you! That being said, I'll ask you to tell me which of these categories most describes your event: Talk, workshop, class, or Q & A with me and/or the audience. If you want me to lead an interview style Q & A, I'll ask you to provide me with 10 questions to pull from. Ideally this live experience is more interactive with the audience. They can even leave your session with a strategy, list of personalized ideas, or something that steps them toward the benefit of your full offer. It's flexible, just let me know what will work best for you and how I can best support you as we get closer to the event.
You can choose if the podcast is related to the live event or not. I don't have specific data to prove it through MQ, but I have been researching launches and marketing and what I gather is that the more succinct we can be with our offers, the higher the conversion. Almost leading people to a point of realizing they need what you have to offer. That being said, feel free to do whatever your own experiences, education, and instinct say is right for your offer and the people you are wanting to attract.
The ideal length of the podcast is around 20 minutes. If you need more time, 30 or so minutes works too.
This is not my preference and I would need explicit permission from the podcast host. You can always send me a link to add to the website if you want people to have easy access to it instead.
The live events can be between 30- 60 minutes, but if you are really itching for 90 minutes, we can talk about that too. Generally I'm planning to have the live events start at the top of the hour. There is a question to the submission form about your preferences on day & time and try to make it work for everyone's schedule.
My hope is that the feed is a rich space where moms can connect with each other and us speakers. "Engaging" means responding when someone asks a question or makes a comment about something you have expertise in or a possible solution for. It also may mean answering direct messages that attendees may send.
Ideally, yes. This will give attendees such a unique experience and is part of what makes Momlmife Quarterly so valuable. The requirements will also increase the connections you make with attendees and likely increase your conversion rate on whatever goal you have for the summit. That being said, if you are concerned about a component of the requirements, let's chat and figure something out!
Yes, your offer can be paid or free. Just one of either a freebie or paid offer is fine (unless you want both)... just something to get you emails or sales depending on your goal.
The social posts are for me to put on the MQ feed. Just images/reels that represent you/your brand and no need for any written captions (unless you want to provide suggestions). And again, don't reinvent the wheel. Submit what you already have :)
If you would like to be an affiliate, you'll make 50% commission on the All-Access Passes sold to the attendees you sent to MQ. More details coming soon.
I am still finalizing the details, but the pass will include access to events in addition to speaker-led events. Events like: panels, planning, discussions, art experiences, and more. The All-Access Bundle will also have a digital "Goodie Bag" component where in attendees can download helpful PDFs from speakers to help them balance momlife.
Speakers can contribute a digital gift to be included with the All-Access pass, bit it is not required. The gift can be anything you've created that is somehow related to supporting moms with balancing momlife or a PDF that could help them get more from your talk. These digital gifts will help us bring value to our attendees by encouraging them to get the most out of this event. It also benefits you a in couple of ways: 1) you can remind attendees about their ability to access this resource in the All-Access pass. If they came to the event through your promotional efforts and you're on-board for affiliate commission (who isn't?), you'll receive 50% of their pass fees. 2) Attendees who dont sign up for your offers during the summit will have something valuable of yours on their computers and phones. This can remind them of you and your services later when they are ready for it.

Social media images: Linked is a google drive with files of images for you to use to promote MQ. Use what you like, and feel free to leave the rest. I made many options in square and profile sizing so that you can pick and choose based on the message/post style you think would resonate with your audience. Promotion: In the drive you'll see a suggested promotion calendar... it's just there to help, don't use it if it doesn't work for you. Hopefully, we can all start promoting as much as possible. I'll begin testing some paid ads tonight and increase me efforts into the weekend. Also there is email swipe copy you can customize to send out to your lists. Oh, and some hashtags if you'd like to use them. Remember to add your affiliate link in your social bios and in your emails so that your followers click on the link that is affiliated with you. There is also a PDF/Flyer option. How the affiliate process works through Thrive Cart: If you register with Thrive cart through the link in Speaker Central, they will give you your own link to share with people. That link has a cookie that marks you as the affiliate from where the attendee came to the event from. The link will take them to my landing page and if they buy the all-access pass (at any point in time), the cookie will notify Thrive cart and you'll receive half of the ticket price. Also, If you sign up to receive payment with Paypal, the payout should be immediate and automatic. If not, I'll do pay-outs after the event. |
