The best way to make your business profitable is to grow your email list with people who know you, like you, and trust you and MQ is an ideal way to make that happen. The moms who sign up for your offers through MQ will have listened to your podcast episode, have interacted with you in the community, and will have likely attended your live event. They will feel connected to you and interested in learning more about your messages and offers.
The two most effective marketing strategies (outside of marketing to your own email list) are joint venture (JV) partnerships and strategically placed advertisements. Momlife Quarterly combines both methods for the most effective result. By gathering speakers for a shared event, we are creating a value-packed opportunity for moms. For each speaker who signs up, a minimum of $100 will be contributed to marketing this event. This allows you to benefit from marketing efforts typically reserved for large companies with a significant advertising budget and teams to help them monitor and implement the strategy. And when each speaker shares this event three times with their audience or audiences they can reach, we are combining our resources for joint venture marketing. Joint venture marketing is successful because the offer or promotion comes from someone trusted.
Momlife Quarterly wants to match moms with solutions to their challenges. Most of these challenges can be supported through the creativity and problem solving of real people with real life experiences. Speakers will be people who have created their business from the ground up and who feel passionately that their message can be of benefit to others. Most speakers will have personal and compelling stories about how the idea behind their message positively impacts their own lives. The message that speakers share will have a clear benefit to momlife and offer solutions to current challenges moms are facing.
Speakers will create and record a 15-20 minute audio message which provides applicable value to moms. This will be turned into a private podcast episode for the event and submitted to Momlife Quarterly by the deadline outlined in the event schedule. Speakers will also be required to be live in the community at least once during the community portion of the event. This can be scheduled at a time that works for you, but cannot overlap with another speaker's timing. All live events will be recorded and become available for moms who were not able to attend.
Speakers will be chosen based on their ability to provide value for moms during the event. The podcast episode will contain a teaching or practice that can be of immediate benefit. The live event will be of immediate benefit. Please get specific here when you apply. Please provide an opportunity for moms to grow, connect, or have fun with each of your audio offers and live event offers.
Momlife quarterly aims to meet the needs of moms. During each cycle of the event, I will request moms fill out surveys that allow them to share about their needs and wishes. The results of these surveys will be available for speakers to help you curate your audio and live content to meet the current needs of moms.
You choose your schedule for your live event, your content, and your format. Options include: hosting a live Q&A around a specific topic (e.g. realistic self-care, what to do when your child triggers you); hosting a wellness experience like meditation, yoga, or tapping; hosting a fun event like a paint party, singing class, or crafting; hosting an event where moms connect with each other through a mastermind or ice breaker games.
The short answer is, yes. If you are even reading this, you have some kind of calling to share your natural gifts, interests, and expertise to support others. You don't have to have a huge following (in fact, Momlife Quarterly is hoping to level the playing field for small businesses in this way). You just need a passion, be able to address a need moms have, and follow through with your commitments.
No worries! I'll provide you with a link you can use to record on your own or we can set up a Q & A style interview. And I am excellent with editing, so I can cut out freudian slips or nerve-caused word stumbles (I do this ALL THE TIME for my own podcast).
No, you do not need to be a mom. Anyone who can provide direct value to the challenges moms face will be welcome to speak.

Celebrate your efforts and the amazing contributions you are putting out into the world. |
For this event, you can choose between two paths: a "Do-It-Yourself" (DIY) and a "Done-For-You" (DFY).
If the technology of recording and editing a podcast, and sizing photos doesn't phase you, you are likely best suited for the DIY path.
If you are not technology savvy, no problem, I've got you with the DFY path.
These prices are for the first 20 speakers to register and pay fees. If you are reading this, space is available, but going fast!
